We provide a 2‑year appliance warranty from the date of purchase for all Miele household appliances. During this period, we will rectify all material and manufacturing defects free of charge. The conditions of the Miele appliance warranty apply.
At Miele, product quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. To strengthen your trust, we offer a 25‑year motor warranty on all washing machines, washer‑dryers, and tumble dryers* – beyond the statutory rights.
* The Miele motor warranty applies to purchases of new appliances made on or after 1 April 2026. Valid in Thailand. Applies exclusively to appliances from the domestic product range. Commercial appliances and 'Little Giants' are excluded.
