We use our refrigerators to store all sorts of different foods. Some of them can have a particularly strong aroma, such as some types of cheese. To allow their fine aroma and original taste to be enjoyed in a completely unadulterated manner, food and wine should not just be stored in a cool location or at the right temperature, but also in conditions where odours are kept neutral.
